Wonderful brown suede crossbody by Dominique Aurientis. The handbag is envelope - shaped with a pointed flap and an expandable accordion side. The exterior of the envelope is composed of brown suede with a lightly mottled texture, and the flap is adorned with black cord flourishes. The handbag has a cord shoulder strap that can be tucked into the handbag. The interior of the bag is lined in brown grosgrain and features a pocket. This fabulous handbag, with its smooth suede and passementerie - like adornment bring to mind the Russian / Bohemian style that pervaded runways in the late 1970s and 1980s, and was initially influenced by Yves Saint Laurent's legendary 1976 Russian Collection!
